D&L Garage Doors provides garage door repair, installation, maintenance, and related services in the Portland Metro area. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

3. Estimates & Pricing

  • Estimates are approximate and may change after on-site assessment.
  • Final pricing is confirmed before any work begins.
  • All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to applicable taxes.
  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged in writing.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability and routing.
  • We strive for same-day service but cannot guarantee specific time windows.
  • Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
  • We may reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen events.

5. Warranties

  • Labor: Excellent workmanship warranty on labor performed by our technicians (duration and coverage disclosed on your invoice; some jobs may have different terms).
  • Parts: Manufacturer warranties apply to parts; terms vary by product and brand.
  • Damage from misuse, neglect, alterations, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, D&L Garage Doors is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, or property damage not directly caused by our work). Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Licensing & Insurance

D&L Garage Doors is fully licensed and insured. Oregon CCB License: OR CCB #194109. Proof of licensing and insurance is available upon request.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about your service needs and location.
  • Ensure safe access to the garage and work area.
  • Move vehicles or obstructions before the scheduled service window.
  • Inform us of pets, gate codes, or safety considerations.
  • Remit payment in full upon completion unless otherwise arranged.

9. Content Use & Copyright

All text, images, graphics, and design assets on this Site are the property of D&L Garage Doors or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reuse, reproduce, or create derivative works without prior written permission. To request permission, email info@dl.company.

10. Reviews & Testimonials

Customer reviews or testimonials may be moderated for clarity or length. Individual experiences vary. We do not offer incentives in exchange for positive reviews.

11. Dispute Resolution

Except for claims that qualify for small-claims court, disputes arising out of these Terms or our services will be resolved by binding arbitration in Portland, Oregon, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive jury and class-action rights to the extent permitted by law.

30-Day Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing info@dl.company.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles. Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts of Multnomah County, Oregon.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the current version. Continued use of our Site or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
